Fitness

Jaclyn has been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years. Being a dancer all her life, health and fitness have always been a priority for her, and she loves helping people find joy in any type of movement. She’s stepped away from the classic idea of “no pain, no gain” and now focuses on the mantra of “Movement is Medicine.” This mindset shift changes the viewpoint from exercise equaling a punishment to exercise equaling self-love & self-care. Jaclyn prioritizes teaching people to become more in tune with their bodies; treating it like a temple, since we only get one in this life.
Personal Training
​This option is great for individuals who need that in person touch of accountability. It's great for beginners as well as advanced athletes who are all looking to perfect their form and get the most out of their time in the gym.
This is called PERSONAL training for a reason. By discussing your goals and combining that with all of my knowledge from all different modalities and certifications we come up with a personalized plan that will fit your lifestyle, your body, and most importantly YOU!

Online Workout Programs
This option is great for individuals who want to make working out easy. We will discuss your goals and I'll write up a personal workout program for you to follow. This includes, weekly check-in emails, sending me videos of certain exercises so I can provide feedback on form, and 24/7 access to me for any questions or concerns that may come up!
